How do I reset my Geekheads account password?

Please create a ticket from within the Geekheads support portal or raise a ticket from the Geekheads website.

In the subject information field  type "Account password reset"

In the description filed type "Account password reset required"

Then click submit

Please note: We will reset the password for you and e-mail you with your new credentials.
